Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates the launch, success, and optimization of multiple fraud and credit initiatives

  • Develops strategies and best practices to drive improvements to Boost Mobile fraud and credit strategies to reduce loss exposure to the organization and improve overall customer experience through activation

  • Partners with application and content teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of agent resources

  • Identify and understand obstacles preventing activations and work collaboratively with partners to address

  • Establish effective project communication plans to provide weekly updates on initiatives to team and senior executives

  • Provide effective leadership; drive successful, on-time delivery of launch, schedule, scope, and budget for strategic initiatives for Infinite, Boost Mobile, DISH, and Executive mandate, high visibility complex projects

  • Conduct and lead team meetings to effectively achieve project goals; obtain feedback and approvals for requirements documents

  • Be the business lead/POC representative into IT teams collaborating to ensure all appropriate business team members are included in requirements, use cases, and customer experience meetings, as necessary

  • Be a business advocate with various IT and other cross-functional teams; this will require an understanding of the products and services being requested and the impacts to the business

  • Create a culture of sharing/learning and motivating amongst team members and cross-functional teams; build team relationships

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline

  • 8-10 years of Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency

  • Excel in managing multiple projects at any given time

  • Strong executive-level communication (listening, written, verbal, presentation)

  • Experience leading major strategic, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully

  • Sharp attention to detail is a must; high personal standards for quality and thoroughness

  • Experience launching products and services to the consumer market

  • Ability to extract, document, and matrix manage cross-functional team tasks to completion

  • Ability to advocate for business needs while keeping projects on track

  • Experience in the wireless industry preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
