General Description:
The Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) at Mount St. Marys University serves as a key member of the Presidents Cabinet and holds the critical role of Chief Admissions Officer. This leader oversees the Admissions and Financial Aid offices, spearheading efforts to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and talented student body. The VPEM is responsible for driving enrollment growth through strategic, data-informed initiatives that align with the universitys mission and values. Additionally, the VPEM will develop forward-thinking recruitment strategies to address future challenges, navigating the complexities of the higher education landscape. Charged with achieving undergraduate enrollment targets, enhancing student retention, and elevating the universitys visibility and reputation, the VPEM will collaborate with an experienced and dynamic team, making a transformative impact on the universitys success and future.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Enrollment Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for recruitment, admissions, and retention across traditional, transfer, graduate, and international students.

Facilitate data-driven decision-making, focusing on metrics and assessments to align with the universitys goals for enrollment, retention, and financial stability.
