LTW Intralogistics, Inc Team Leader Service in Emigsville, Pennsylvania
Manage a service support team responsible for the service, maintenance and troubleshooting of problems caused by electrical, mechanical or PLC related issues of LTW machinery which consists of stacker cranes and other high tech automated intralogistics equipment. Ensure ASRS systems automated storage and retrieval systems) operate at 98% reliability. Responsible for customer inquiries or maintenance or service on LTW equipment. Delegate work orders to the team. Supervise work being performed to ensure optimal solutions and customer satisfaction. Supervise time tracking, invoicing and sale of service contracts. Onboard and train service technicians. Responsible to maintain documentation for customer solutions. This is a customer facing position,
REQUIRMENTS: 5 year's experience as a Service Engineer or Service Technician in the intralogistics industry.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience trouble shooting, repairing and maintaining stacker cranes, conveying systems and automated intralogistics equipment. Advanced knowledge of electrical components including electrical circuit design as well as Siemens PLC handling. Occasional travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and/or inspect work being performed. Additional worksite: Coweta County GA as business needs dictate
