Job title *: Maintenance Technician *Location: Elyria, OH Shift: 2nd (2 pm to 10:30 pm) (train on 1st 10 am to 6:30 pm) Salary: $27 to $30 an hour based on experience Duties include but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing machinery issues as they come up
- Maintain, diagnose and repair all building systems and their components to include but not limited to lighting, waste system, water system, compressed air
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Upkeep on all maintenance equipment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to use common math, compute rates, ratios and percentages
- Use measuring devises
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
- Proficient in forklift operation
- Good computer skills
- Must have ability to creatively come up with solutions to issues as they arise
- Must be able to walk and stand for an 8-10 hour shift, climb ladders, and work inside machinery at times.
