THE CENTER INC Grounds keeper in ELKHORN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Groundkeeper- mow lawns, trim trails, grade gravel road, cut firewood, and snow removal. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, lopper or axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, removing thatch, or trimming around walks, or walls. Mow lawns, using power mowers- gas and battery powered. Rake leaves, and cut deadfall for firewood. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, or other grounds features. Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots, and spread salt in those areas. Maintain or repair tools, equipment, using hand or power tools.
