1. Onsite Optimization and Synthesis: Conduct and optimize chemical synthesis in various stages, including large-scale reactions in laboratory.
2. Analytical Chemistry: Use analytical techniques including NMR, HPLC, and UV-vis spectroscopy to monitor experiments and ensure optimal outcomes.
3. Chromatography Development: Develop and refine chromatography purification techniques for each step of the chemical synthesis process.
4. Regular Reporting: Prepare detailed laboratory reports for experimental results and present to manager, use feedback from team to determine the best course of action.
5. Method Validation: Conduct multiple batches of chemical synthesis to validate and ensure new procedures can be reproduced.
6. Documentation and Transfer: Thoroughly document finalized experimental procedures and coordinate transfer of the knowledge and record to manufacturing site for implementation.
