Desarrollar constantemente planes de adiestramiento para el personal, contribuir al mejoramiento de las condiciones laborales con integridad y equidad en sus funciones.

• Administración de personal.

• Asegurar que el personal cumpla los lineamientos de Seguridad en el área de trabajo.

• Apego a procedimientos relacionados a los procesos

• Responsable de promover mejoras en los procesos productivos.

• Cumplimiento del programa de producción diario.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivos y predictivos.

• Control de Inventarios en producción.

• Control de gastos de Producción.

• Cumplimiento 100% de entregas a tiempo (OTD).

• Realizar, dar seguimiento y cumplir los métricos de Producción diaria por línea, reportes de producción, PPM´S internos, scrap, calidad del producto, OEE, Asegurarse de tener al per sonal capacitado para los planes actuales y futuros del área.

• Participación en proyectos de mejora relacionados a Calidad y productividad . Análisis y solución de problemas

Perfil

• Ingeniería concluida o carrera afín.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la posición.

• MS office intermedio

• Inglés 40%

• Experiencia en manejo de personal.

• Deseable experiencia en sector automotriz y metal mecánica.

• Conocimiento de Control estadístico de procesos.

Experiencia en pre nómina.
