Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will operate machinery, measure products, and load/unload materials. This role involves heavy lifting of 50-80lbs, handling rubber hoses, and working across three main departments on the manufacturing floor. Initially, you will start in the Scrap department for training, which is the most physical yet essential for learning the basics. Progression to the Hose/Acqua Traxx department involves running machinery, using calipers for precise measurements, and occasionally using a microscope to inspect product details. After 1-2 months, you may have the opportunity to move to the Hose Department, which is known for being more relaxed. Your ability to excel in the Acqua Traxx department will set you up for success in the Hose department.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in El Cajon, California.
Work Environment
The work environment is not climate controlled, with very warm conditions in the summer and cooler conditions in the winter. Fans are positioned throughout the facility, but it can still be quite hot. A flexible dress code is in place to accommodate these conditions. The environment is also noisy, but ear plugs are provided for your comfort and safety.
