Philips Group Leader Project Management & IIoT in Eindhoven, Netherlands
As a leader within the central Innovation and Strategy (I&S) organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a global team of experienced project managers and establishing a team that delivers digital technologies in manufacturing such as Industrial IoT (focusing on OT/IT integration, dashboarding, and data analytics) to improve industrial and operational processes. You are part of the Philips I&S Innovation Engineering group Mechatronics and Manufacturing Systems (MMS) leadership team. MMS integrates all engineering competences to develop mechatronic products and manufacturing systems for Philips.
Your role:
Manage a team of c.20 professionals consisting of project managers and IIoT experts and to ensure their capabilities are aligned with the long-term vision of the organization.
Optimize project management practices within the group to exceed customer expectations.
Drive the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) capability to deliver data driven insights for industrial systems.
Establishing a network with relevant business stakeholders within Philips' innovation and supply chain sectors to maximize impact and create value for Philips.
You're the right fit if:
Master’s degree in a relevant field of engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in managing R&D team, preferably in the field of developing mechatronic systems and/or production systems.
Expert knowledge of structured project management
Passionate about new technologies in particular in the engineering of data driven solutions in manufacturing systems (Industrial Internet of Things)
Experience in building, leading, coaching and motivating a team of professionals
