Philips Capability Manager - Contract Management in Eindhoven, Netherlands
Be a part of our Commercial Operations team that is taking Philips forward! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a global level, to extract and deploy value creation for Philips in the area of pricing and framework management operations.
Your role:
You will deploy Contract Lifecycle Management/pricing processes and IT applications in the markets. You oversee and align the rollout of capability and processes with the key stakeholders in the markets and within the business transformation program
You will work in global, cross functional and customer impacting projects, where your emphasis is on value creation, improving the sustainability of operations and enabling capabilities
You will be part of our Region Federated Commercial COE. Your key stakeholders include but not limited to Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, Legal and Pricing Officers

You're the right fit if:
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant area (for example, engineering)
You have 5+ years of proven success in business/operations, process improvement and technology enablement
You have experience with contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and framework agreements OR with pricing
You have experience working in a customer facing contractual function and/or business CLM/pricing acumen (healthcare industry preferred)
You can demonstrate technical knowledge and aptitude around meta data, data structure, data flows and data integration across multiple ecosystems
You have strong data analysis skills in Excel
You are a cross functional team player with the ability to develop strong partnerships
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
You have a strong knowledge and experience with system Conga/ Apptus (will be considered a plus)
You have a strong knowledge of key systems - Salesforce.com, SAP, EDI and Hybris (will be considered a plus)
You hold a LEAN, GB certification or other equivalent relevant certification (will be considered a plus).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
