Job description
Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide administrative support to office staff, such as filing documents and organizing records - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Coordinate with vendors to order office supplies and equipment - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel - Strong organizational skills to file and maintain records - Must possess the ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions - Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred - Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
