Bergstrom Tax is hiring a seasonal receptionist. It's a Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm position, with some flexibility, including: * Arriving a little later * Leaving a little later * Leaving a little earlier This is a seasonal job. It begins on February 3rd, 2025. It ends on April 15th, 2025. The hourly wage is $21 per hour. Employees that work the entire tax season also receive a bonus. Job responsibilities include: * Answering the phone * Scheduling appointments * Greeting clients when they visit * Receiving client documents * Helping clients understand what forms to sign * Handling credit card and check payments * Using software to update client records We are a small team of 10 friendly people. You would be working with another receptionist with years of experience. No knowledge of tax law is required. Our office is located in Edina, across the street from Edinborough Park (7701 York Ave S is our address). The building has plenty of parking. There's also a comfortable break room with free gourmet coffee and espresso drinks. Criminal background checks are required in our industry.
