Compensation + Benefits: o Hourly wage of $20 for 40 hours per week. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate, or approximately $30 per hour. When worked, the following holidays will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate: o Thanksgiving o Christmas Eve or Day o New Year s Day o Memorial Day o Independence Day o Labor Day o Paid training + professional development o Accrue Paid Sick Time immediately; accrue up to 10 days annual Paid Time Off after 90 days o Eligible for matching Student Loan Reimbursement or Retirement Savings plan About you: o You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid) o You have at least 1 year experience with children ages 6 months 12+ years o You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, putting safety and engagement above all else o You have a reliable vehicle o You re already CPR certified or able to be so o You are available Monday - Friday for 6 - 10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm
