Reference #: 1106074 Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Machinist at our Ebensburg, PA location. Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Apply safe working methods - Set-up, operate, various machines to include Crankshaft polishers, Crankshaft balancing, Manual Bridgeport milling center, Manual lathe, Hydraulic press, Drill Press, thermal arc spray - Machine to tight tolerances - Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machines - Operate overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, various power tools - Maintain required job skills and knowledge requirements - Maintain work area, equipment - Keep documents/Job records updated - Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures - Follows and utilizes 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Standard Work - Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Lead Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred - 3-5 years as a machinist - Use of fine motor skills - Use of hand tools/Power tools - Computer skills - Ability to read prints/ Reverse engineer parts for recreation, create blue prints -Ability to use Micrometers, Dial bore gages, snap gages, Calipers, for quality inspection of parts -Must be able to lift 50 pounds Why Join the Cleveland Brothers Team: Competitive Compensation Phenomenal Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.
