Aerotek Machine Operator-3rd Shift in Eatontown, New Jersey

Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for the mid-day and overnight shifts. You will operate within a controlled cleanroom environment and handle equipment such as sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, or autoclaves. Your responsibilities will include setting up equipment, using various chemical solutions, monitoring material inventory, and documenting daily work. You will perform quality checks on all activities and ensure accurate data recording.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate specialized equipment such as sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, and autoclaves.

  • Handle and use chemical solutions including acid, alcohol, and detergent.

  • Monitor material inventory to ensure an adequate supply for production needs.

  • Document physical and virtual batch records accurately.

  • Perform quality checks on all activities and ensure accurate data recording.

  • Work in pairs to inspect final products and document quality defects.

Essential Skills

  • Basic job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures.

  • Experience in operating specialized equipment such as sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, and autoclaves.

  • Proficiency in using chemical solutions (acid, alcohol, detergent).

  • Ability to monitor material inventory and document batch records accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work in pairs.

  • Must be willing to train on the 1st shift.

  • Lifting requirement of up to 50lbs based on functions/duties assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
