BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. Inside Sales Specialist in Eatontown, New Jersey

Position Summary:

Responsible for analyzing customer needs relating to product inquiries, producing quotations, and executing project follow up activities in coordination with the sales team as required. Incumbent will be able to identify and design business and sales objectives, discover customer pain points, offer recommendations, and recognize new market opportunities. They will function with a minimum amount of supervision after training and will be responsible for following department procedures.

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C is an ISO 9001 certified company. This role is responsible for learning, understanding, and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities.

In this position, the employee will be responsible for making decisions regarding product specification recommendations to meet customer RFQ requirements, and corresponding required actions including prioritizing follow up of high potential sales.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in a role with direct customer interaction

  • An engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.

  • A general understanding and technical competence in industrial/packaging/drive components manufacturing after training

  • Able to apply understanding and knowledge of BRECOflex products to assist customers with their quote requests after training

  • Professional written and spoken communications skills

  • Computer literate including comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office; CRM Database, SAGE/ERP, Pricing Programs after training

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales experience where influencing, persuading and/or negotiating skills were needed

  • CRM, Salesforce preferred

  • Proficent touch typing skills

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken

  • T ime and project management skills

    Job Functions:

  • Provide customers with sales and limited support via phone, email, chat and video

  • Rec ognize customers with requests or product needs that require advanced support and escalate

  • Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling

  • Issues quotes in response to tinbound requests

  • Utilizes all pricing tools and methods including requesting quotes from vendors

  • Check inventory to coordinate lead times

  • Follow up on pending quotes as defined by the sales process

  • Works directly with outside sales team members to support trerritory and customers

  • Route qualified leads to inside/outside sales eam agents as appropriate

  • Supports department activities, goals and assigned metrics

  • Assists teammates to meet customer demand

  • Completes projects, assignments and daily tasks as assigned by management

    Physical/Environmental:

  • Temperature controlled office environment, inclusive of competing ambient noise

  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for long periods of time
