Job Description:

• Agent will handle Retail or Wholesale order entry

• Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager or Supervisor

• Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values, company policies and procedures and business ethics code

• Undertakes further responsibilities that may be assigned as deemed necessary from time to time

Qualifications:

• Hold a college degree in a field of study relevant to construction, building products or business industry

• Agents with a background in home building products, engineering, architectural concepts or industries and concepts are preferred

• Strong attention to detail. Ability to complete the order entry process with a high degree of accuracy

• Possess excellent communication and listening skills

• Can communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

• Routinely meet established performance metrics

• Willing to work following Eastern Time zone

• Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis (wfh is possible demanding on performance)
