Job Description:

• Production from schematic design to construction documents

• Ideally experience with Industrial Designing

• Ability to understand architectural plans as well as plans from other consultants

• Experience with construction documents preparation and detailing

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• A keen eye for detail

• Ability to project manage

• Ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications for Architect Interior Design:

• Licensed Architect preferred but not required

• 5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience.

• Have done detailing in Revit, shop drawings, wall sections, architectural details, cabinetry, etc.

• Candidate must have an experience with construction documentation (finished a complete permit set)

• US client experience is a must.

• Familiar Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Needs to work following US Timezone

• Needs to connect through telephone, Teams chat and email.

• Willing to work on a Project-Based arrangement.
