Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative III in Easton, Pennsylvania

Adecco is hiring a CSR for one of our clients in Easton, PA. Pay is S22 an hour. ERP (IFS) experience is required.

The Customer Service Representative III, interfaces with customers and sales representatives through multiple communication channels. This position is also responsible for collaborating internally with various functions to insure delivery of quality customer support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Service Representative shall, at a minimum, be responsible for the following duties:

· Support distribution of Nordson Medical products by communicating with customers

· Respond to communications from external and/or internal customer within defined service levels (ranging from same day to 48hrs, dependent on customer ranking).

· Review customer PO documentation for unit pricing, acceptable Terms & Conditions, Part revision levels.

· Where needed counter customer Terms & Conditions, with Nordson acceptable terms, where an impasse is reached work with Manager and/ or Nordson legal team to define next steps.

· Collaborate with engineering, quality, the costing team, and other functions as needed to facilitate part rev changes.

· Manage/ track where applicable Kanban levels, timely clearance of on-hand product related to Blanket POs.

· Work in a centralised environment with cross site team collaboration to maximise Nordson's service levels to our customers.

· Interface with customers and sales representatives, to gain feedback on quotes sent, recording feedback, enquiries.

· Reviewing/ processing/ recording client quotation requests, triaging where required opportunities to the appropriate Nordson site.

· Execute order confirmation per defined service levels, where applicable contacting and advising customer of changes to order status

· Manage/ Track a customer request log, tracking response times, sharing where applicable to the responsible Dept.

· Organise where needed Cross Functional Team meetings, to arrive at a solution for the customer on topics related to confirming ship dates and/ or tracking closure of Customer Requests.

· Setting up new customer accounts

· Maintaining customer files

· Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service, polite mannerism, educated answers and thorough follow-up.

· Maintain departmental standards for one call resolutions and minimal calls to voicemail.

· Responsible for prompt courteous customer service including accurate order entry.

· Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers.

· Cross train co-workers in all procedures and processes, as needed.

· Work with Finance to ensure correct payment terms and billing information are recorded for Customers.

· Completing training sessions as assigned

· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

· 5+ years' Customer service experience required (in a manufacturing sales environment preferred)

· Experience working with ERP systems (IFS) preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Computer skills - must be highly proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

· Must be detail oriented and organized

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to learn new tasks quickly

· Ability to communicate well in person, in writing, and by telephone with customer and other company personnel

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
