DESCRIPTION
:
Responsiblefor performing ongoing facility and equipment maintenance andtroubleshooting/repairs as needed to ensure the campus and equipment is kept ingood, safe, working order.
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Atleast 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the repair andmaintenance of industrial or commercial facilities is required.
Experiencein mechanical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical,and plumbing systems is preferred.
Skillsin the proper use of test equipment, hand, and power tools.
Abilityto motivate others to effective action, and administrative ability.
Excellentcustomer service.
Computerliteracy.
Abilityto lift/transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on afrequent basis
Theability to tolerate prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, andreaching daily.
Theability to work in confined spaces.
Theability to obtain forklift certification and medical card.
Theability to be added to ATAP drivers insurance.
