This position is for a seasoned professional who responds to customer calls, troubleshoots complex customer issues, provides training to customers, and performs complex data analysis. Provides guidance to less experienced team members and makes changes to daily work procedures to ensure high levels of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large data sets using SQL (MS-SQL and Oracle) for ETL processes.
Analyze HVAC service data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain subqueries, stored procedures, views, indexing, and security measures in SQL databases.
Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and document processes, web applications, workflows, and process improvements.
Utilize additional skills in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, or similar web languages to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Technical Support Analyst, with SQL development (MS-SQL and Oracle) and ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineering Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in SQL development (MS-SQL and Oracle) and ETL processes.
Proficiency in subqueries, stored procedures, views, indexing, and security measures in SQL databases.
Additional skills in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, or similar web languages are desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay Range:
$74,181 - $130,206 Annually
