ABOUT YOU

As Manager, Electrical Maintenance, you embody technical prowess, adeptly managing daily operations, coordinating workers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. With strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills, you oversee equipment maintenance, budget management, and capital improvement projects. Your effective communication fosters collaboration across departments, while your proactive approach ensures readiness for emergency responses. You are dedicated to optimizing electrical systems' performance, safety, and efficiency, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of airport facilities.

What you will do:

  • Manage daily operations, coordinate workers, and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Supervise outside contractors, monitor work progress, and resolve issues.

  • Implement preventative maintenance procedures and ensure equipment conformance to standards.

  • Manage department budget, develop project lists, and provide technical assistance on proposed projects.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional work experience.

  • 7-10 years’ prior electrical experience, including testing, construction, and maintenance of electrical circuitry of at least 1500 volts.

  • 5+ years prior supervisory experience.

  • Massachusetts Master Electrical License, valid driver's license, high voltage electrical distribution knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications.
