Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in Easley, South Carolina. This role involves the management and optimization of our SAP systems, with the aim to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. You will be a critical component in maintaining system integrity, implementing enhancements, and providing support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades, new implementations, and enhancements.
• Provide expert-level support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective utilization of SAP functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement SAP solutions that enhance business operations.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the SAP environment, managing data migration and integration processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration.
• Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrate effective team collaboration skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• 4+ years experience working with SAP in a technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
• Possess expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM systems development and management.
• Proficient in Database management and optimization.
• Ability to create, analyze, and interpret Business Requirement Documents.
• Have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with SAP MM (Material Management).
• Experienced in SAP WM (Warehouse Management) system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and requirements.
• Ability to work independently and proactively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
