Genesis10 is seeking a API Analyst for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: This person will work daily with our internal and external API consumers to lead new consumer on-boarding and existing consumer support. Key Responsibilities: Provide estimates for incoming work efforts Plan incoming work efforts to spread the demand among team members and understand consumer timeline/expectations of level of support Run weekly team meeting and monthly retrospective Run daily stand up (review Kanban board, take in questions to support follow up for team members) Present inspect and adapt and PI planning slide decks as part of CME ART Attend weekly CME ART Sync Issue management (creating INCs, supporting ongoing INC/PRBs, responding to INCs) Release planning (work with PO's for any items we need and can piggy back onto release otherwise create our own CR's and plan/support the release) Supporting all consumer/vendor integrations (presenting documentation, walking through documentation, talking through overall process and typical timeline, supporting ongoing efforts, etc.) Create EPICs, Stories, and templates for the team to use and link to Coordinating/working with other teams on request/issues/research (CAMM, ETL, Benefits, Networks, etc.) Required Basic Qualifications: API Support Inbox Communications to all API consumers/vendors (outages, releases, updates, etc.) Engaging in support related questions Existing consumer enhancing their application by using more information provided in the response than current state Existing consumer looking to understand their application issues and if there are different ways to call the APIs to resolve their questions/concerns Responding to consumer/vendor outreach Supporting on-going integration effort questions Monthly pricing exception file updates (sent by msa/unity/myclient) Locating correct assignment group when our team is inadvertently contacted (Myclient issues, MCEF questions, test data setup outside of our API environments, etc.) Attending consumer calls when requested (typically either support or project related meetings) Test Data Consumer intake requests (setting up data ranging from eligibility, claims, EOBs, Client, etc.) Consumer questions on API results (i.e. I was expecting "this and I see "that, seeing unexpected results, etc.) Supporting test data for all consumers in DEV02/NQB and MDMTDM environments (also includes PFO/NPDO) (i.e. eligibility, claims, Client, etc.) Coordination with other environments/applications for consumer end-to-end testing (primarily with myClient) Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$67.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
