This is a FULL TIME position available for Maintenance / Handyman(person) for multiple properties located in Durango (La Plata County) and Aztec (San Juan County). This position requires some knowledge (but not limited to), in minor construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, yard work (landscaping), HVAC and others that may arise with both commercial and residential properties.
