Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Repairing course sand bunkers, edging around bunkers, placing or moving golf hole cup, fine trimming of greens and cleanup of all trimmings. Operating large fairway mowers at various grass required lengths, sprinkler system repairs and tee box maintenance. Education: No Experience: 3 months landscape Hours/shift/days: 40 hours/week (6:00am-2:30pm); day shift; Mon-Fri, may include wknd/hol. Start-end dates: 04/01/2025-09/30/2025 Additional requirements: Drug testing. Drug-testing requirement is applied "post-hire" in accordance with drug policy. All drug testing will be carried out equally between U.S. workers and H-2B workers. Able to lift 50lbs. Workdays may include wknd/hol. Office location: Durango, CO. Area of intended employment: La Plata County Wage: $20.51 Range: Raises, bonuses, or incentives dependent on job performance. Overtime: $30.77 OJT provided. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Payroll is weekly The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period; payment to be made in one lump sum. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer from the place of employment to the workers home. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite.
