responsibilities:
Provide support for molding.
Conduct visual inspection of plastic / silicon parts and record any findings.
Measure parts with measuring devices.
Make decision if parts meet standard for release.
Keep lab clean and organized.
qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Associate degree with experience using microscopes preferred.
The ability to use microscopes for visual inspection and measurements.
The ability to accurately and consistently identify defects / abnormalities and document observations.
Basic computer skills using Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The ability to work independently following a Standard Operating Procedure
The ability to function in a team environment
The flexibility to work overtime as required by the aggressive project schedule
Understanding of Good Documentation Practices
Good time management and organizational skills.
