Who We Are Looking For:

Provides administrative support to Consulting Projects by using best practices through Winning the Work, Planning and initiating, Executing the Project, and Closing the Project by monitoring, developing, proofing, compiling, editing, and producing deliverables through the entire project lifecycle, along with troubleshooting problems on projects with low complexity and the ability to pivot to appropriate actions.

Office Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office

What You Will Be Doing at Woodard and Curran: Assist project teams in the Duluth, GA office in organizing their workdays: coordinating and scheduling meetings, maintaining and managing personal calendars, and supporting meetings. Assist project teams with researching, printing, scanning, shipping services, and travel arrangements. Assist with fleet vehicle maintenance and administration. Perform Word, PowerPoint, and Excel formatting/branding, proofing, editing, copying, and binding documents for all deliverables. Understand the production process (electronic and hard copy) to promote high-quality output, distribute deliverables to clients electronically or in hard copy (production), and track receipt of the deliverable. Leads records retention by closing out the WIP folder, gathering all project team hard copies, and scanning them or recycling them. Review Iron Mountain boxes monthly for recycling boxes that meet retention timeframe criteria. Follow through on bids - provide documents (production)/collect money (submit to AP) /deliver bids as necessary to Client, etc. Champions PQA best practices, such as kick-off meetings, PWP, TATs/STAR, closeout, etc., by preparing all necessary materials for project teams. Set up and maintain document management and project control support according to company policy and proper procedures for multiple project teams. Communicate with internal departments and project teams to clarify and resolve administrative issues on a project. Set up opportunities, obtain proposal numbers, and create a project folder. Continued following up with PMs on pipeline accuracy. Verify that subcontractors have W-9, current insurance certificates, high-risk HandS (if applicable), and a fully executed contract before the subcontractor starts work. If not pre-qualified, contact the vendor to get the appropriate paperwork. Track/support project-level certificate of insurance compliance. Recruiting support with resume documentation and candidate follow-up. Create, compile, and maintain internal social media sites for practices (Yammer, SharePoint, COPs). Organize internal and external webinars and training. Ensure all PQA documentation is filed in the correct subfolder to facilitate successful outside audits. Travel to local areas for office supplies

What You Will Need to Succeed: 5 - 7 years of professional Project Support experience Bachelor's degree or certification in field a plus or 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proven ability to plan and prioritize work, keep commitments, and manage multiple concurrent projects to on-time completion. Moving projects and tasks forward often requires being comfortable and confident working with a fair amount of ambiguity. Support new employee onboarding and provide mentoring to established colleagues. Ability to delegate workload when necessary. Proficient in MS Office and Team apps.

$25 - $33 an hour

This position's anticipated pay range is provided below; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
