Job Requirements
Experience in the Manufacturing Operations for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products in the Server Networking space to support products going to High Volume Manufacturing.
8+ years experience in new product introduction, and/or manufacturing engineering with emphasis on teamwork and project management skills
Experience working with Contract Manufacturing partners
Experience working with Design Development teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive and prioritize while leading multiple projects in parallel
Education - Bachelor's degree required, in Engineering preferred
Responsibilities
As the NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Global Operations organization's NPI processes from early product concept through the entire NPI product life cycle
You will:
Identify Program requirements, coordinating operations & supply chain activities, and ensure pilot and production readiness goals are achieved including product setup and manufacturing deliverables
Coordinate all activities needed for all phase reviews from product inception to production release and represent the Operations team at engineering core team meetings to ensure alignment
Drive pilot and production ramp readiness with contract manufacturers, engineering, and operations teams
Coordinate with Contract Manufacturing partners on the material and infrastructure requirements needed to support development builds, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities
Define entry and exit criteria for each phase to meet the schedule, cost, quality, and capacity targets
Lead communication about project status, risks and mitigation plans to senior management on a periodic basis and represent Operations organization during frequent interactions with executives

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
