Kelly Services Accounts Payable Clerk in Duluth, Georgia

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage monitor and assist with the posting of A/P transactions and preparation of A/P disbursement proposals.

  • Perform month end requirements in a thorough and timely manner.

  • Ensure the accuracy of ledger postings and the reconciliation of vendor accounts.

  • Manage the movement of GR/IR transactions and ensure proper postings in a timely manner to the proper vendor account.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS and best practices.

  • Assist with management and maintaining of Expense reports and the Concur expenses system setup and monitoring.

  • Assist with the implementation, training and roll-out of Infor M3

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or three years related accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience and training.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to maintain a high standard of quality with both internal accounting processes and the vendor’s accounting processes.

  • Must have high proficiency in recording and processing financial transactions relating to vendors.

  • Intermediate Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience with SAP, Sage or Infor M3 accounting and finance transactions preferred.
