The Level 2 Software Support Engineer is responsible for providing second line assistance to Software Support Engineers worldwide, as well as taking advantage of language skills to provide direct support to customers with specific language needs. This job is typically home-based.
In this role, a normal day will look like:
Utilizing your product knowledge to help first line Support Engineers in complex customer cases.
Providing direct support to customers with specific language needs (typically non-English speaking), as well as to Solution Onboarding engineers and distributors/resellers.
Having a close collaboration and coaching with Level 1 Support Engineers, helping raising the overall team knowledge.
Being able to lead & take ownership of small projects such as escalation management, leading meetings, etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
5+ years experience of advanced usage/support of Esko WebCenter. Experience with more Esko products is a big plus.
Good level of English language. Capacity to speak other languages as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French or German are a big plus too.
Familiarity with both OS's macOS and Windows. Good IT troubleshooting skills are a plus too.
Great team-playing skills! This job is all about team collaboration: with your own Level 2 Support colleagues, with the Level 1 Support team, with the R&D department, with customers, etc.
