About the role The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator supports a team of recruiting and sourcing professionals and TA leaders in delivering exceptional candidate and manager experiences across the organization. From conducting candidate screenings and scheduling interviews, to executing new hire documentation and preemployment background checks, the TA Coordinator is a vital part of the recruitment process. What you'll do Schedule virtual and on-site interviews between candidates and recruiters/managers with a focus on customer service. Prepare and deliver offers, new hire documents, compliance forms, background check results and other supporting documentation within the recruitment process. Prepare and process all new hire onboarding documentation, including but not limited to: policy acknowledgements, non-competes/non-solicits, payroll setup, I-9 and E-Verify, tax credits, onboarding requests, etc. Ensure data accuracy for all information housed in recruiting / HR systems. Act as a primary contact for new hires prior to their start date. Communicate with training teams to ensure a smooth transition from Talent Acquisition to Training and Operations teams. Create and maintain job posting templates and other shared Talent Acquisition digital resources within the team's shared cloud storage solutions. Partner with assigned TA professionals, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to define recruiting needs, ideal candidate profiles, etc. Publish job postings via the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various online outlets, such as: job boards, social media, etc. Leverage online resume databases and job boards to help identify and engage passive candidates and conduct initial screenings, as needed. Represent the organization at strategically chosen career fairs, hiring events and college/university events. Participate in Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives, HR technology projects and other department wide initiatives. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Education: Associate's degree in businessadministrationorarelatedfield. Strong work ethic and organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities. Prior administrative support or customer service experience in an HR, Recruiting, or Sales environment preferred. Expertise in quickly building and leveraging strong business relationships with internal and external clients.

Technical experience with leading Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) technologies. We use Jobvite, Talemetry, and UKG/Ultipro.
