Opportunity Overview
This position is strictly project management focused and will not involve social media management, web
design, graphic or creative design. Candidates not meeting the requirements below will not be considered for interview.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a creative agency for a minimum of four years.
The position is very fast-paced and will require an eye for detail and immediate response to 30+ projects per month.
Experience managing the development of collateral materials (flyers, brochures, etc) is required.
Must understand advertising placement, rate cards, demographic profiles, and content creation.
Knowledge of exterior and interior business sign production is a plus.
The ability to manage in-depth Excel spreadsheets is essential.
Having a proven history of database management is required.
Experience coordinating and attending trade shows is an asset.
5+ years copywriting/editing experience is necessary.
Work Experience & Qualifications
Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, and/or have 5+ years' experience with a creative agency.
Software skills including WordPress, Adobe creative suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
