A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.

The Field Integration Assembly (FIA) team is transforming data center construction. We streamline data center delivery and collaborate with the broader Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team to ensure a seamless integration of our pre-assembled components into exceptional, hyper-efficient data center facilities. By leveraging standardization, using digital tools, optimizing processes, and industrializing techniques, we transition from traditional building methods to efficient manufacturing and assembly. We enable Google's product portfolio, from developing and maintaining data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms.

  • Collaborate with GDC teams to analyze installation work packages and FIA DFMA data, optimizing construction efficiency through data-driven insights.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify critical dependencies, risks, and potential efficiency gains within project schedules and budgets.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project controls, using data analysis to enhance scheduling accuracy and cost management.

  • Support Project Managers with data-driven insights and reporting tools to implement effective project controls.

  • Develop, track, and report on key metrics to measure project performance related to installation processes and FIA DFMA products.
