We are looking for a motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic Collector-SDI Agent to join our busy finance team based in our friendly and fast paced European Shared Services office in Swords, North County Dublin. The responsibility of the Italian speaking Collector-SDI Agent is to provide support for the Collections Department with specialized administration services and functions.

What you'll do:

· Work electronic invoice rejections within timeframe set by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate)

· Use online tools to create Italian PPS numbers (Codice Fiscale)

· Use online tools to verify VAT registration number.

· Propose updates to Masterdata when error or changes in Company data are spotted

· Liaise with other department

· Use GAR, Optimo as search tool for documents

· Ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

· To be flexible as assigned tasks may vary

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven analytical and organisational skills

· Good keyboard skill (alpha & numeric)

· Good levels of numeracy and accuracy essential

· Ability to work to set deadlines and targets in a pressurised environment is essential.

· Flexibility

· Experienced in Word, Outlook and Excel

· Knowledge of GAR an advantage

· Good communication skills – written and oral

· Fluency in Italian and English – written & spoken
