What you’ll do:
The Junior Customer Solutions Architect assists in design, engineering and implementing low voltage solutions for various projects, working closely with senior solutions architect engineers and associated stakeholders
Your Tasks:
Create and update Low voltage configurations, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
Collaborate with senior engineers to define project requirements and specifications
Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new projects
Select appropriate electrical components and materials for system design
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical design issues during development and testing
Provide support in preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all design activities
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in providing technical support and guidance to technicians and other team members
Work with commercial entities to prepare responses to requests for quotes, and provide expertise beyond their skills in design, quote optimization and de-risking activities
Support at customer meetings, virtual and face to face (when required)
Support the "technical conduit" between commercial organizations and the design and bid team for low voltage systems
Support on completion of CDE (compliance, deviation and exception) project documentation for low voltage systems
Support on project document control
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in electrical engineering or related field
Skills:
Some experience or internships in low voltage electrical design and system architecture.
Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar).
Basic knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
Understanding of industry standards and regulations
IT literate
Fluent speaking and writing in English
Good communicator and presentation skills
Self-motivated and takes ownership on results
Works well within a fast-paced environment
