Nestled on 289 acres in the stunning Texas Hill Country, Camp Lucy is a premier wine country resort known for its breathtaking scenery and exceptional service. Our award-winning restaurant, Tillie’s, features five event venues, 41 luxurious guest rooms, and a diverse menu that offers a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership & Training: Assist in training and supervising front-of-house staff to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with our service standards, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Operational Management: Oversee pre and post-shift operations, including handling closing paperwork, managing server cash-out procedures, and ensuring the restaurant is properly closed and secured at the end of the night.
Service Excellence: Step in to support the service floor during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of guest service.
Scheduling & Staffing: Collaborate with the management team to create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
Guest Engagement: Actively engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team.
Upscale Dining Background: Previous experience in an upscale dining environment is highly preferred, demonstrating your familiarity with high-end service expectations.
Charisma & Communication: A vibrant personality with excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with both guests and team members effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and address challenges promptly, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
