We're Currently Hiring for a National Accounts Sales Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of key duties and activities in support of the National Account Sales area. This will include contract administration, contract proposals, sales tracking and reporting, and communicating with members to maintain current schedules and contract files. You will serve as the primary support to the Senior Vice President of Sales, National Account Sales Executives, and Sr. National Account Administrator. A successful candidate in this position must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a National Accounts Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain a high professional standard for confidentiality, accuracy, and courtesy

  • Update and process national accounts contract packages, amendments, and schedules via in-depth member communication and follow-up

  • Serve as the primary contact between the Senior National Account Administrator and National Account Sales Executives to provide administrative support and information for presentations and proposals

  • Process weekly and monthly reports for our sales executives and maintain the Citrix Database, Out-of-Service, and Purchase Order (PO) log

  • Assist with meeting preparation, including the Annual Sales Meeting, and special projects

  • Provide additional reports such as, FASB 13, Hoovers, Interest Rates, DNB, Fleet Lists, Location Look-ups, and Finance Factors

  • Submit a weekly travel itinerary to the team

  • Assist with the Certificate of Insurance process for all customers and maintain updates to all contract files with the latest certificates as needed

  • Assist the Accounting Department with any billing needs and issues.

  • Organize and file all contracts and schedules on a daily basis

  • Manage the CPI log and current indexes

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Relevant experience in a sales administration position or similar role supporting a sales function

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a key emphasis on Microsoft Excel and formulas

  • Highly effective communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively address challenges

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
