In support of this vision, the Pipeline Partnership Administrator will identify and expand recruitment sources and implement programs to maintain and strengthen employee recruitment.
Essential Job Functions
The Pipeline Partnership Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to create strategic plans to market positions
- Assist with recruitment efforts and act as a bridge between the Talent Acquisition Team, department leaders, and schools and colleges in the area to create a strong pipeline of graduate and alumni candidates
- Supervise a team and lead various strategies and initiatives to promote agency opportunities and initiatives

{=html} <!-- --> - Develop hiring pipelines and manage workforce partner relationships - Identify appropriate channels to market the apprenticeship and internship programs and partner with the appropriate internal stakeholders to raise awareness and develop advertising materials - Work with education and community partners to showcase organizational opportunities and create fruitful recruitment pipelines - Liaise and maintain a strong, consistent and effective relationships with external stakeholders - Develop and execute of retention programs and initiatives to improve internal candidate perceptions and satisfaction - Collaborate with the Employee Engagement team to create and facilitate pipeline, intern, and mentor professional development - Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
