NOTE: This is a Hybrid Role and most be able to report to the office three days a week!

Position SummaryCVS Health is hiring a Manager of FP&A – Capital within its Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness Segment (PCW). Reporting to the Senior Manager, this critical and highly visible role supports the Capital pillar of the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE). This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company’s business, as well as significant interaction with leadership. Additionally, it impacts strategic decision making and sustainable long-term earnings growth through support of stakeholders in all aspects of capital financial and performance management

Major Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other business areas to understand their financial needs, gather relevant data, and assist in the creation of financial plans in relation to Capital

  • Analyze actual performance versus expectations, assessing the impact of different initiatives, and recommending appropriate actions

  • Support consolidation of results, and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages

  • Perform financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis under limited supervision

  • Communicate financial summaries and complex dashboard information to management and stakeholders

  • Reporting and tracking of Initiatives, and own various KPI dashboards to help drive performance monitoring

  • Subject matter expert as it relates to all Anaplan and other system related matters

  • Interface with Enterprise Finance to maintain integrity of financial data model

  • Routinely liaison with multiple other functions, both internal and external to the Segment

  • Remediate process inefficiencies, implement initiatives to automate and standardize, and enhance reporting integrity and on-time delivery

  • Responsibilities can be expected to change in accordance with business needs

Required QualificationsThe candidate will be expected to have the following attributes:

  • Minimum of five years relevant professional work experience, including prior Capital FP&A experience in a similar large publicly traded organization

  • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with Executive Leadership including strong logical reasoning and storyboarding to impact decision making

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, within and outside Finance function

  • Attention to detail is a critical success factor in this role

  • Demonstrated ease operating in a high paced and fluid environment

  • Demonstrated sense of comfort working with imprecise data

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight deadlines

  • CPA/CFA/MBA preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or relevant work experience

  • CPA/CFA/MBA preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
