Adecco US, Inc. Plant Operations Manager in Douglasville, Georgia
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client find full time Plant Operations Managers for their facility located in the Tallapoosa, GA area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee production processes to ensure on-time completion and consistent quality.
Optimize Performance and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and meet targets.
Provide leadership to production and scheduling departments through coaching, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production flow and on time completion.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles to identify and implement process improvements and minimize product loss.
Address customer concerns and implement process improvements based on feedback.
Travel to other sites as needed to support production activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience leading people/operations in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 preferred.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
