AAA Cooper Transportation Systems Administrator III in Dothan, Alabama

Position Summary:

The Field Services group supports business operations through technology aligned with transportation management requirements.

As a key member of the Field Services team, the Systems Administrator III is responsible for maintenance and support of the Field Services suite of applications. This includes cross functional business and IT collaboration, end user support, incident management and resolution, application administration, and support of implementation and training on new systems as required. May require operating forklift and other equipment in a heavy equipment environment while paying strict attention to safety and operational requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ( Other duties may be assigned.):

Maintenance and support of Field Services technologies.

  • Level III support in the escalation flow (I - III) for all Field Services related technologies.

  • Manage SAAS solutions in support of field services scope of operation to ensure business SLAs are maintained.

  • Manage native IT solutions in support of field services scope of operation to ensure business SLAs are maintained. Will include collaboration across departments in support of systems, network, communications, mobility, safety, maintenance, security, and technical support as required to ensure reliability and availability of field services systems.

Support senior analysts during development and execution phases of technology projects, to include travel and user training as required.

Participate in cyber security and disaster recovery training exercises.

Documentation for training, support, and troubleshooting and management of incident support tickets as required.
