- Stacks block by hand.
- Assist machine operator as needed.
- Teamwork player.
- Able to communicate any issues to your supervisor.
- Checks blocks for defects or contamination.
- Able to identify poor quality and bad splits.
- Performs hand batching of cement color, checking for quality.
- Keep the plant clean.
- Operates forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties.
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives.
- Predictable, and Regular attendance is required. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
