Additionally we are looking for individuals who can Develop a strategic plan for the store that includes objectives, initiatives, and long-term goals. Measuring performance by monitoring sales, labor costs, shrinkage, and other financial results to ensure that objectives are being met. Ensuring that the store is staffed with qualified employees who provide excellent customer service. Reviewing employee schedules to ensure the appropriate number of staff members are scheduled for each shift. Train new employees in company policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality of work and customer service. Determining pricing for menu items based on market conditions, ingredient costs, and other factors such as competition prices. Ensuring that food safety standards are being met by conducting regular inspections of ingredients and finished products. Establishing and enforcing policies regarding employee conduct and store operations.
