The Opportunity

As the BNA Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing program coordination support across the project Technical, Communications and Finance teams to implement project workplan in a timely and efficient manner and reduce overlap. This position reports to the BNA Chief of Party.

Core Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day implementation of BNA activities, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and notes dissemination.

Assist in coordinating internal and external events, including venue procurement, processing of vendor payments, planning coordination, materials support, environmental control and calendar management.

Work closely with the COP and DCOP to monitor upcoming deadlines and to keep them apprised of any issues or delays.

Support senior leadership to coordinate annual work planning and quarterly reporting processes to ensure quality and maintain version control.

Support the tracking of BNA activities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Coordinate activities/timelines across BNA teams.

Perform additional tasks as may be required by supervisor.

What We Value

Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Experienced working in development project, preferably USAID funded or international development organizations.

Creative, flexible, attention to details and deadline oriented.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

Fluency in Bangla and written and spoken English.
