Mission & Outcomes : FloWater was founded with a simple idea and a big vision. As we expand across the United States, we are looking for a Warehouse Associate who will receive inventory, pick, and ship products.
Great Candidates : You will have at least 2 years of warehouse experience in a fulfillment capacity. You have forklift and inventory counting experience.
Responsibilities and Role :
Pull product to fill orders
Unload and load freight onto trucks and pallets
Receives shipments and verifies receipt of each item
Assure the product is stored in the correct location
Operate forklift and or pallet jack
Verify the accuracy of all inventory and shipments
Candidate Competencies :
Must be able to lift 75 lbs or more and be able to move heavier loads on a dolly (150lbs)
Maintain and keep an organized environment
Basic computer skills
Must be able to work as a team member and independently
A high school diploma of equivalent is preferred
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Forklift experience preferred
Please Note: Some weekend work may be required depending on workload and inventory.
Compensation : This is a full-time position with a competitive base wage of $20.00 - $24.00 /hour depending on experience, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A, 401k), and PTO
