Robert Half Senior IT Auditor in Denver, Colorado

Description We are offering an opportunity for an IT Auditor role in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal to our operations, responsible for leading the planning and execution of IT audits in accordance with established auditing standards. This contract position will engage you in identifying and assessing IT risks associated with applications, systems, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of IT audits, defining objectives, scope, and methodology.

• Identify and assess IT risks associated with applications, systems, and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement effective audit procedures to test internal controls.

• Conduct risk-based audits in accordance with established auditing standards such as ISACA guidelines and COBIT.

• Utilize skills in Audit Program, Business systems, Application controls, Audit Findings, Auditing, Compliance, Documentation, ITGC, Government Audits, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

• Regularly review and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Ensure compliance with the company's credit policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve credit-related issues. Requirements • Proficiency in Audit Program and Business systems

• Expertise in Application controls and interpretation of Audit Findings

• Strong background in Auditing and Compliance

• Excellent Documentation skills

• Knowledge of ITGC (Information Technology General Controls)

• Experienced in Government Audits

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
