Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Federal Reporting Developer to join our team in supporting federal reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting solutions in compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The Federal Reporting Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, design efficient data models, and develop accurate and timely reports. This role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of federal reporting standards, and the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze federal reporting requirements.

  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions to meet federal regulatory requirements, including but not limited to reports for agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

  • Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support federal reporting needs.

  • Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.

  • Stay current with changes in federal reporting standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal reporting systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate federal reporting requirements into existing systems and processes.

  • Document technical specifications, data mappings, and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, data analysis, or related field.

  • Experience with federal reporting requirements and standards, such as those defined by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and federal agencies.

  • Proficiency in SQL, database development, and data manipulation.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools and technologies commonly used in federal reporting, such as SAS, Crystal Reports, or BusinessObjects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, such as government or healthcare, is desirable.

  • Security clearance or eligibility for security clearance may be required.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $101,062- $131,250.
