As part of the Credit Risk Management team, the Collections Business Process Senior Analyst will reside on the Collections Implementation team, supporting Credit and Collection strategy and policy changes. The Senior Analyst Business Process has the primary responsibility to manage business and technical requirements, documentation, and test strategies in the collection decision engine. Support will be provided to other areas of Credit Risk, including, but not limited to outside departments such as Financial Care, Accounting, Digital, Customer Delivery and EPO. This position requires someone who can build strong working relationships. The Senior Analyst will also have ongoing interaction with external Vendors.

Job Responsibilities: Ability to influence and lead positive change to business processes by creating and recommending actionable solutions that are aligned with business objectives Ability to plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with vendors and cross functional teams Acts as a liaison between internal and external departments Ability to perform User Acceptance Testing on changes implemented by technical team with the ability to foresee other impacts and validate those as well, acting on behalf of the business to minimize any production setbacks. Represent the Credit Risk Collections team as the main POC for Enterprise and other projects. Provides Manager and Senior Leadership with concise and accurate information for decision making. Ability to write and document business and functional requirements, test cases and test execution. Maintain documentation of development methods and validation, as well as subsequent performance monitoring and alignment. Make findings to management in clear, concise formats using graphics, tables, and high-level summarization. Competency in tracking project level issues and risk assessment. Executes project status communications, meeting planning and scheduling. Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Ad hoc support to management or business partners. Successful candidate must be flexible, and results orientated. Creativity and the ability to reach insightful conclusions is a must. Candidate must be highly motivated and comfortable working in cross-functional teams interacting with all levels of management. Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or other quantitative field or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred

Work Experience: 4-7 years experience in Credit Risk Management, Collections, and Finance Experience in testing validation methods using SAS, SQL with use-case development and defect tracking; JIRA, Agile Craft, QTest, Rally & ALM/Quality Center preferred Experience managing formal requirements matrix and documenting technical specifications required. Experienced in writing and executing SQL queries required. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, required. Advanced knowledge of business analysis activities such as data analysis, process mapping, requirements elicitation, user story creation and testing required. Comfortable managing multiple, competing priorities and able to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines required. Vendor management experience preferred.

Colorado Pay Range: $85,300 - $115,400

o The pay range above s the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
