As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you engage in solving business challenges by facilitating meaningful dialogue between diverse perspectives. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for achieving project success and maintaining exceptional standards, while leveraging your knowledge of healthcare provider operations to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Epic Bridges, Access, or Security certifications preferred

  • Specializing in healthcare provider physician practice operations

  • Planning and providing communication to teams

  • Acting as a liaison between business and technology

  • Managing client engagements in healthcare operations

  • Understanding industry trends and regulatory changes

  • Benchmarking healthcare provider performance and costs

  • Supervising teams to foster trust and innovation

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
